At Mahlkönig, we stand by the precision and quality of our professional-grade coffee grinders and offer a 30-day return window for unused products in their original packaging. We aim to ensure every home barista is completely satisfied with their equipment and brewing experience.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Grinder

    Carefully clean all coffee grounds from the hopper and burrs, then pack the unit securely in its original Mahlkönig box with all protective inserts.

  • 3.
    Ship to Service Center

    Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking number.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
